Celtic Music in the Parky Park!

So Friday after work, I went home and picked up Sullivan Louise and we went to concert in the park
We have been doing our best to go to every one, the days that we are in town. It is a great way to get outside after being stuck inside all day, and listen and support some local artists. And Sully can come to, so of course that is a bonus!
The band that was playing was called Golden Bough. I guess they are a Celtic Music Trio. The concerts usually start around 7:30pm, and end around 9ish. I didn't get there until like 8:30 because I was trying to decide what to make for dinner and going back an forth on what I really wanted to do with my evening. So I went there, and took Sully, had a really good time. They played for a LONG TIME. They normally stop around 9, but actually went to about 9:45 ish, it was lovely They were really awesome! I wish I had gotten there earlier in the day to enjoy more of them. But no such luck!
Afterwards, I didn't really feel like going home, so I decided to treat myself to dinner. The place I was trying to go to, that has really delicious food AND wine, wasn't open, so I was thinking maybe a little bit of Mexican food. I went to 3 different Mexican restaurants, and they were all closing in like 10 mins, and I really just wanted to kick back and read my book and just take my time. I would feel really bad about doing that to someone..I mean..I would curb stomp a bitch if they did that to me.
But I was STARVING, and Didn't want to go home, and definitely didn't want fast food.
I decided to see if this wine bar was open in downtown Monmouth, that I have been DYING to try!
It is called Crush!

Their sign out front.

So plush and cute inside!

I drove by and Lo and Behold! It was open! I went in, and it wasn't very busy, but they were SUPER nice, and I ordered myself a bread and cheese plate, and had a glass of wine. It was seriously amazing! They had these giant comfy chairs, I could snuggle up in with my wine, and eat my cheese, and read my book in peace. It was everything I was wanting! Seriously awesome!! I was there for about an hour and half and then decided to go home and watch some TV with my girls.
I could not have asked for a more perfect night. Although I was by myself, it was just relaxing, and perfect. Love these nights.
Sorry no pics of the eve.
When all of you beezys come to visit, I shall take you to Crush.
I am officially obsessed.

Love you all times PI.
